I was a realtor in the US and they say they same, fresh baked bread or cookies! Also to serve coffee and the bread or cookies at open houses. Pretty effective, to be honest.

Thanks Tex, and I agree it smells so good while cooking and cooling! it would be a great thing when selling a house, I've moved a few times and the house hunting gets confusing if you see a lot. I would remember one if it smelled like fresh bread!

Hi Nancy, I made 14 rolls from this dough. The rolls are soft with a fluffy inside sort of like a soft bun but with a sturdier crust and shape. Does that answer your question?

4o grams of all purpose flour is about 1/3 cup which is about 6 tablespoons

Being one crazy assed bread lover - I decided to make these sweet little babies tonight! Yup. Mar had me at, "soft & fluffy!" Anyway, I baked these bad boys and smeared some homemade, warm, salted honey French butter AND some roasted garlic spread on the rest of them. I swear - I was in heaven! These were freaking delicious Mar! Trust me! This is an easy, "must make once," appetizer! If you're a bread lover - you're gonna dig this easy recipe!

It's a combination recipe from trying different yeast rolls.My husband loves bread and wanted a smaller roll with a bit of sweetness for sliders and that could be a dinner roll warm with butter. This was the result.
