Aloo stuffed puri

Knead the wheat flour adding water. Knead a stiff dough. Keep aside.

Mash the potato. Add salt chilli powder and onions jeera and garam masala. Mix well and keep aside.

Pinch a small ball shaped dough. Make a circular disc with hands. Stuff the disc with potato mixture and seal from all sides. Roll it gently into thin so that it is puri shaped.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Cook the puris on medium heat till crisp from both sides.

Serve puris with raita or chutney
