Chilango-Style Guacamole

The path to making guacamole is not unique and doesn't follow a single recipe; it varies by region, which is the advantage of avocados.
This time, I'm bringing you the guacamole I frequently see in the capital of the country, Mexico City. It's the simplest of all and doesn't require any special skills.
Cooking Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients: finely chop the onion, wash and disinfect the cilantro, and deseed the pepper. If you don't have a molcajete, use a small deep plate or bowl with a fork.

Moisten the molcajete with a little water, add the salt and serrano pepper, and start mixing the ingredients.

Add the cilantro and onion, and try to mash the onion as much as possible.

Mix in the avocado; if it's difficult, use a fork to help hold them.

Finally, add the lime and enjoy the guacamole as a side dish.
