This recipe is meant to be the base pasta recipe, but fetuccini play well with any kind of sauce. I’d personally recommend carbonara. Also, it is worth mentioning that you can use all purpose flour, just make sure to adjust the amount of liquid accordingly. Also, the main trick here is to knead well, let the dough rest, and be very gentle while stretching the dough. Enjoy!
