hi! just wanted to ask that do we have to blend the saag to a smooth paste.?.. is it the traditional way to hv sarson ka saag? ... or just mashing it wl b fine

Yes of course it’s traditional way ,moreover it makes tasty but mashing depends on individual choice either coarse blend or fine.Sometimes we blend with manual wooden hand blender totally traditional taste.
