Place all the dry ingredients for the dough into a mixing bowl with dough hook attachment and mix on low to combine.turn the mixer to medium speed and follow by the warm water. When a ball starts to form,add in soft butter.mix until smooth and elastic should take out 10 min.remove dough from the bowl and lightly knead by hand and dough into a small ball.place dough in a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let dough proof in a warm area till it doubles in size.

After 2 hr.dough has doubled in size. divide into 4 equal portions.shape into balls. Cover and let them rest for about 5-10 min.roll out the dough to about 3-4 mm thickness. place dough on a lined pizza tray. Make a circle on a dough to guide with the placement of the filling. Spread a layer of roasted capsicum and garlic pesto, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over the pesto. Make a circle like before, spread layer of basil pesto on the dough.sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

Drape another piece of rolled dough over the second layer. Sprinkle grated cheese of your choice.drape the last piece of dough over the cheese layer. make a circle. Cut from the outer edge to the marked line. Then make another cut directly opposite. Then cut between the two cuts and another one directly opposite.make 2 equally spaced cuts on each quarter.use a sharp knife and go over the cuts to make sure that the dough has been cleanly cut through.

Pick up 2 section one in each hand and twist them in the opposite direction. I make 2 and 1/2 turns for this star bread. Bake in preheated oven at 180 c for 25 min or until golden brown.
