  • 豆腐
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 蒜蓉适量
  • 淀粉适量
  • 虾仁(可以不放)
  • 葱花

    口酱汁:蒜蓉适量一两勺生抽一一勺蚝油一半勺盐一
    半糖一一句淀粉一小半碗水搅拌均匀

  3. 3

    豆腐切块先粘上淀粉,再裹上鸡蛋液(虾仁同理,虾仁不放也可以)

  4. 4

    小火热油,豆腐放锅里煎至两面金黄,倒入调好的酱汁,翻拌好撒上葱花出锅
