Hello,
Do you let it rest in the fridge or out of the fridge?
And if you put the batter in the pan you first do some butter in the pan so that it doesnt stick in it?

Let it rest out of the fridge. And if you use a non stick pan, you don't have to use butter. But if you want to, please use only a little bit. Because butter have a low smoke point and will burn faster.

Made this last month from your recipe but it was not that fluffy and soft like in indonesia.
But the taste was good, maybe I did something wrong.

I do need lots of trial and error to get it right. But still can't find the same fluffyness as the one in Indonesia. Maybe because we use a different pan and ingredients too. But at least the taste is similar enough. I especially bought blue band margarine to make it more similar.
