Hi, me again. Just wanted to share something with you. I've found on ebay.co.uk an " Eastern Curry Powder Spice Blend ". It's £3.27 for 100gm and a really nice spice blend. I normally grind my own spice mixes but when you're in a hurry it's always nice to have some ready ground spices to hand. 👋 👋.

Oh, by the way I'm going to try this recipe aswell. I've lived in India for over 15yrs and love my curries and as this comes with a "gravy " it can be called a curry. Namaste.
