I made this tonight!! I tripled the recipe (with honey and chocolate chips) and used my 9x13 glass cake pan.
35 minutes bake time almost to the second, and it was ready to come out of the oven with a clean butter knife!
I can't wait to taste it. It's enough to section it like 3 separate loafs to share with family.
