To be honest, Yui, we weren’t there long enough to reach that point. However, we did find plenty of ramen and miso soup that we liked! I suppose the Wagyu beef was in a different category but we only had it the once. When the present unpleasantness is all over, we hope to return and see/taste more of the country. John
