Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Once the onion and garlic are almost golden, add the chicken breasts and continue cooking everything slowly until the chicken is well-sealed and has released its juices.

Add the natural tomato sauce and mix everything well. (Keep on medium heat) Once done, add 1 teaspoon of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and a pinch of cumin. Mix everything well again and add the cream. Add 2 more teaspoons of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and chopped parsley. Mix well and taste.

I LOVE basmati rice! It's very easy to cook, hard to overcook (15 min.), and has a wonderful aroma. At the end, I sprinkle basil over the dish.
