The calories for eating it all in One serving amounts to 1.200 calories,is a lot of calories in dessicated coconut,for a serving of 2 will need too divide the wet mix in half - so 2 suitable glass dessert bowls for which Orange segments could be placed on top - the Chia Pudding will thicken overnight,the Chia Seed will swell and be more edible.

If dividing between 2 Wine Glasses,then could put 2 layers of clingfilm over the top before storing in the Fridge overnight.
I had what looked like 250g Plain Yoghurt left - out of a 1Kg Plastic Tub of Greek Style Yoghurt,I only had 90g of dessicated coconut left,I used Pasteurised Cow Milk,I am glad I just had enough ingredients too eat this made up Chia Seed Pudding - it was delicious.

Have just eaten my homemade Plain Chia Seed Pudding this time.I set it in a Pint Glass measuring jug this time,I used 4 little tubs of Lyle's Golden Syrup,a big box from Online Amazon.

Have come across a different option - through the Internet - on the app Yummerly - I noticed a recipe for using Almond milk,some sugar,Cinnamon - with Chia seeds.Coconut makes the Chia pudding more flavoursome.
