jo thora pani boil krty time buch jata hy. Means sara pani dry nahi karti just little water jo end time py leftover rehta hy. Buht ziada nahi. Pani sy choly moist bhi rehty hain + glossy sticky texture bhi rehta hy

but if you dnt like to keep water then its also fine. Freeze without water as well.in portions or together
