Might not be such a good idea,too initially put the Mozzarella on - maybe,just bake the raw Pizza dough with just the tomato sauce on - and then for its finished Second bake - add more tomato sauce,then the Mozzarella and then the Cheddar Cheese,or Parmesan - then the Mozzarella Cheese won't taste rubbery,my first ever attempt at a homemade twice baked Pizza tasted nice - though.
