I have given the name "Devilled egg" because of its magnificent size of each piece. With the egg being the core, layered by the filling and deep fried to make it crispy, makes each such crunchy delight into a 'devilish' sized piece.This is infact a Bengali dish, commonly served in restaurants in West Bengal. I have transformed this recipe, giving my individual touch, to prepare this.
