Wash fish, marinate with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, garlic paste, mustard powder, cumin powder vinegar and keep it in the fridge for 1hour

Take the marinated fish, dip it in egg and then semolina, arrange in a plate

Once finish the procedure for all the slices, keep a pan, add oil and shallow fry in a medium flame

Enjoy the crispy fish with coconut rice with chilli garlic sauce
