Made this the other night and family enjoyed it. I only marinaded the chicken (drumsticks and thighs) in the milk for 30 mins but seemed fine. Served with jacket potatoes and sweetcorn. Delicious!

Hi Chris, thanks and well done for giving it a try. The more you try this and tweak the spices the better it will get. You suddenly realise you can create a £15 family bucket for about £5 and not greasy like it’s sold to us. Cornflour creates the crispy shell better, so tweak away and thanks again for trying.
