Lasagne

Did bake it at Gas Mark 7 for 3 hours for the very first time of making all the homemade ingredients for it - quite a bit of Pasta sheet got burnt at the top and around the top of the sides - maybe I should have put a protective Pasta sheet over the top - for the top Pasta sheet I am prepared to let get burnt.

For making my own Pasta sheets for Lasagne for the first time in early July 2020 - did not go successfully well, the Pasta sheets were too thick,it may have been nicer in the baked Lasagne if I had boiled the Pasta sheets for at least 20 minutes,I gave the Pasta sheets barely 5 minutes in the very big Saucepan of boiling water - boiling cooks the homemade pasta sheets better than baking - the hardness of the homemade pasta sheets may remain if the pasta sheets are only partially boiled.

Using a Rolling Pin is not the best method - ideally you need too use a manual turn with your hand dial Pasta Press Machine or a Kenwood Attachment with possibly 2 large bolt fittings too attach the Lasagne Pasta Sheet Press too the modern day Electric Mains Kenwood Food Mixer Machine - just set dial too full speed on the Kenwood and Lasagne Pasta sheets will automatically be formed
