Hi Tom, can you tell me what is “smash”, and what is” syns” mean. I’m in New Zealand and unsure what these terms mean. Cheers Pixie

Hi leigh my names Scott I live in the UK, anyhow I'm guessing smash is a potato in a packet to make the chips & a syn is to do with the dietary things in the book a little like weight watchers diet, hope this helps.
