For tikki. Boiled potato, green peas, french beans, capsicum, onion, coriander, salt, ginger garlic paste, chiily, black pepper powder all these items mix it well and make tikki. Put all tikki in refrigerator about 1 hour. Keep salad ready.

Mayonnaise seasoning. Mayonnaise + peri peri masala+ ketchup.

Cello fry tikki. Dip Tikki in pain flour+ maize flour+ salt + oil+ water slurry. Coated with bread crumbs Cello fry with oil.

Finally assembling burger. Cut bun in to two equal part roasted with butter in pan. 1.apply mayonnaise with seasoning on last portion of bun. 2.put cello fry tikki. 3.put cheese slice. 4.then put onion ring,tomato slice and cabbage on it. 5. Apply mayonnaise with seasoning on upper portion of bun and finally bun put on up. Finally delicious burger is ready🍔
