I was watching " How it's made". I was horrified to know that margarine contains plastics. I began to read about it. One statement made was
" place margarine and butter on the table, the margarine will not spoil, the flies will not go near it.
However the butter will spoil and flies will land on it."It's true I did this. I only buy foods with ingredients I can read. Cream, Salt, or unsalted. I use
Creamy sweet unsalted butter for cooking ( sticks)
and sweet cream salted for my toast etc.

yes buying food that can be read is indeed the best way! I hope this informs a lot of people to choose and balance what we eat.
