Sugar as in Caster Sugar , but can use Soft light Brown Sugar , a bit of different flavour from that of White Caster Sugar . A Pound Cake is a plain Sponge Cake , could make a plain Chocolate and Coffee ( just a bit of Instant Coffee ) Pound Cake
