They do indeed make an excellent snack, Yui, and one that we’ve done in the past. Pumpkin seed oil (Kürbis Kern Öl) is also good and is cheap and in general use in Austria and thereabouts. But for Covid we’d have been bringing some back this month. Highly recommended if can find some.

Roasted pumpkin itself also makes for a tasty soup. I posted a recipe a little while ago. It was on the peppy side but that’s not a problem for us!
