When u say combine to a paste do u put it into the fridge to harden up slightly before rolling out

Hi, no I put mine in the fridge to harden just before baking. I rolled it out and cut it when it was at room temperature just after mixing it all together.

I hope they turn out I just cannot make any cookies/biscuits....anything else im fine but biscuits have me beat 😆🍪

Hello. What sugar for in the mix please, is it icing sugar or caster sugar? Thanks

Hello, I used caster sugar but granulated sugar should also work aswell.

Thank you. I have golden caster sugar and coconut sugar. I might try half and half. If they turn out well, I might buy some stem ginger and choc chips and make a variety. Thanks for sharing.

Have you tried adding lemon/orange zest, or chopped walnuts/almonds? So many variation possibilities 😋. Like you though, I have some weight to lose first lol x

No, in all honesty I made them more so for my other half as they are his favourite, I've never been a top fan of shortbread Biscuits but I must that I did prefer the homemade ones to the shop brought biscuits.
