Italian Corn Chaat
Steps

Add adequate amount of water in a Pan. Put all the spices and butter.

Once water starts boiling, add corn kernels and salt. Cook for about 5 - 10 minutes.

Once corn are cooked, drain off the water and remove the spices. Keep the drained water aside.

In a Pan, add 2 tbsp leftover drained water.
- 5
Add boiled corn, butter, chilli flakes and oregano.

Sauté for 2 minutes. Italian Corn Chaat is ready. Enjoy!!
