  1. 1.5 cupsoakd moong dal
  2. 1 1/2 tsp Ginger green chill paste
  3. As neededOil for browning the chillas
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. For stuffing
  6. 1 cupGrated paneer
  7. 11/2 cubeGrated cheese
  8. 1 green chilli
  9. 1 tspChaat masala
  10. Salt if needed
  11. 3For serving green chutney

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First grind moong dal and add enough water to make smooth and thick batter

  2. 2

    Transfer this batter in another bowl add ginger green chilli paste and salt mix well

  3. 3

    For stuffing in plate add grated paneer and cheese,add chopped green chilli, chaat masala,coriander leaves,salt if needed and mix it well,

    Heat tawa and spread batter like a pancake,

  5. 5

    Now spread paneer cheese stuffing,sprinkle red chilli powder

  6. 6

    Put a few drops of oil,let the chilla brown on both the sides,Served it with pudina chutney
