Steps

Take one bowl. Pour dosa batter in it. Add salt, turmeric powder and eno in it. Mix well. Do not add much turmeric powder. When idada steamed it changes its colour itself.

Now to steam idada. I will take one big vessel pouring water in it. Keeping sieve over it. And closed it with one big plate cover it with clothes

Now take on plate(thali). Grease it with oil. Pour dosa batter in it. Add pinch of cooking soda in it. And mix well.

Now sprinkle red chilli powder over it and keep it for steam. leave it for few minutes. Than check it ready on not. Your can check it with tooth pick or knife

Take it out. And leave it for one minute till it cool down

Now cut it into diamond shape pieces and pour ground nut oil over it

Take it out with the help of spatula and Serve it with any chutney.
