I had leftover Aloo gobhi (potato cauliflower) sabzi, thought of re using it instead of wasting and prepared these delicious cutlets..do try you will love it ..

Firstly in a mixing bowl take leftover sabzi,(I had cauliflower,potato)dip bread slices in water squeeze out water add to the sabzi

Add all the masala powder to it including salt, sabzi already has salt so less amount of salt is enough, add chopped green chillies, mix well everything together

Now make any your desired shape to the cutlets, Roll out in bread crumbs,

Shallow fry cutlets on medium flame serve hot with chutney, /sauce or any dip of your choice, enjoy delicious crispy cutlets
