  • 3/4 Cup Wheat Flour/Atta
  • 4Boiled Big Potatoes
  • As neededAll Spices Of Your Choice,Rock Salt(Sendha Namak)
  • as neededFinely Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • as requiredOil/Ghee
  • As neededBoiled Peas (Optional)
  • 1Finely Chopped Onions (Optional)

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take Wheat Flour.Add Rock Salt & Oil/Ghee In It.Make A Dough.

  2. 2

    Now Mash The Boiled Potatoes. Add All The Spices,Rock Salt & Coriander Leaves.

  3. 3

    Now Roll Out The Dough Into A Roti & Spread The Potato Mixture Evenly On Top Of It.

    Now Roll The Roti Very Carefully.

    Cut The Roll Into Cubes Of Equal Sizes.

    Now Press & Flatten Each Cube Into Pinwheel Shapes

    And Finally Shallow Fry In Cow Ghee In Low To Medium Flame Till Crispy.Serve Hot.
