In baisan add salt, crushed red chillies, zeera, coriander, egg and oil.

Then add in water to make batter of medium consistency.

At the time of frying add in onions in half of batter and potatoes in the other half and mix it well. Add in coriander leaves too.

Use hands and make pakora with the hands by deep frying it in hot oil till golden and crispy.

Serve with any chutney.
