Creamy Fruit Salad is rich, creamy and refreshing dessert. It is easy and quick dessert recipe to make in less time with only 2 ingredients whipping cream and sugar with fruits of your choice. Kids will love this dessert and elders too.

If you have guests coming over you can make it and refrigerate ahead of time. Avoid adding watery fruits like melons and oranges to store it for long time.

Ingredients

20-30 mins
4-6 people
  1. 250 mlWhipping Cream
  2. 4 tbspSugar powder
  3. 1/2 cupPomegranate
  4. 1/4 cupApple cubed
  5. 1/4 cupKiwi cubed
  6. 3-4Banana sliced
  7. 1Fruit Coctail Tin
  8. 20Grapes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place the bowl and whisk in the freezer for 1 hour. Place the whipping cream in freezer for 15 mins before whipping. This makes work easier.

    Chop all the fruits and keep it ready.

  3. 3

    Transfer the whipping cream to the bowl. Whip on high speed for 5 mins.

    Add powdered sugar, whip again until cream thickens and soft peaks formed. No need to whip for stiff peaks. Approximately

    Add all the chopped fresh fruits. Strain the syrup from fruit cocktail tin and add only the fruits. Reserve the cherries for garnish. (You can use only fresh fruits of your choice. Don't add watery fruits like melons.)

    Fold it gently. It can be served immediately or can be refrigerated and served chilled.

    Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with cherry and pomegranate.
