Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppenne pasta
  2. 1big sliced onion
  3. 1 cupbroccoli
  4. 1 cupcabbage grated
  5. 5garlic sliced estinated
  6. Halfcup peas
  7. Halfcup mushrooms diced
  8. 2 tbspketchup
  9. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  10. 2 tbspmayo
  11. 2 tbsplemon juice
  12. 1 tbsptaco sauce
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 tspgaram masala
  15. 1 tspblack pepper
  16. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  17. 1 tspchaat masala
  18. Halfcup sliced carrots

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes
  1. 1

    First boil pasta in water always by adding pinch of salt and some oil.to make nongreasy.

  2. 2

    Now mix all the sauces mentioned.take a pan put some oil and add all the ingredients except sauces mixture.we will add it in the end

    Saute all the vegetables with spices at low flame until softened.add boil pasta after sautéed 8 to 10 minutes and all the sauces mixture too.mix well for 5 minutes at medium heat

    Serve by garnishing green onion chopped.stay safe stay healthy and happy
