Ingredients

  • गेहूँ का आटा - 1& 1/2 cup
  • 1 tbspबेकिंग पाउडर
  • 1 tbspचॉकलेट पाउडर/कोको पाउडर
  • डेअरी मिल्क टॉफ़ी -1(मीडियम)
  • 1/2 tbspबेकिंग सोडा
  • नमक - 1पिंच
  • गुड़ - 1कप
  • पानी - 1कप
  • 2 tbspकुकिंग ऑइल

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले एक बर्तन मे गेहूँ का आटा ले अब आटे की छलनी मे,बेकिंग पाउडर और बेकिंग सोडा ये दोनों डालकर अच्छे से मिक्स करके छान ले|इसके बाद इसमे 1tbsp चॉकलेट पाउडर या कोको पाउडर मिलाये|

    अब एक बर्तन मे 1कप पानी डालकर उसमे 1कप गुड़ डालकर अच्छे से पिघला ले|फिर गैस ऑफ कर दे|और ठंडा होने दे|

    अब आटा जो हमने छान कर लिया है उसमे ये पिघला हुआ गुड़ का पानी धीरे धीरे करके मिक्स करें|गीला नहीं करना है मिक्सचर|

  4. 4

    इस मिक्सचर मे 2tbsp कोई भी कुकिंग ऑइल डाले|पिंच भर नमक डाले|और मिक्स करें अच्छे से|मिक्सचर गाढ़ा या गीला नहीं करना है|

  5. 5

    अब एक केक वाला पॉट ले उसे घी लगा कर चिकना कर ले|उसमे ये मिक्सचर डाले|और कुकर की तली मे नमक डालकर इसे एक स्टैंड के ऊपर रख कर 35- 40 मिनट तक धीमी आँच मे पकने दे|

    चाकू डालकर चेक करें अगर केक चाकू मे नहीं चिपकता तो पक गया अच्छे से|थोड़ा ठंडा हो जाने पर इसे निकाल ले| पिघली हुई डेरी मिल्क इस केक के ऊपर फैला दे|और जेम्स टॉफ़ी से डेकोरेट करें|

    नोट :- ये केक बहुत हैल्थी है साथ ही खाने मे बहुत टेस्टी लगता है|
