Cauliflower pickle

Clean the cauliflower and cut the florets to the desired size

Soak in salted lukewarm water for 10 mins.drain water and put them on a cotton cloth and sun dry for 5/6 hrs

Now add mustard oil,chiili powder, turmeric,salt,mustard seeds powder

Mix well
- 5
Pickle in ready..transform in a air tight container and keep aside for 3/4 days..After 4 days it is ready to serve..
