In a big kadai take butter. When butter has started melting add all-purpose flour. Stir continuously till flour colour is changed in light brown.

Now add milk in it. See if there is not any lump in it.now add 50 gm of cheese in it.

Sir continuously. Add salt,sugar,oregano, chilli flakes n black pepper as per taste.

Then add boiled macaroni, and chopped veggies in it.you can take any vegetable which you like.

Now mix all properly. Cook for 5 minutes.

Trasfer it in a microwave proof dish.now spread grated cheese on the mixture.Grill it in microwave for 20-25 minutes till cheese is changed in light pink colour.

Serve hot n enjoy.
