Keep it in refrigerator...in airtight container..can be preserved for month.

For Date Tamarind Chutney, you have suggested 1/2 cup of fennel seed powder for 1 cup of tamarind and 1 cup of dates. 1/2 cup of fennel seed powder, to me, looks a bit too much. could you confirm. thx
