第二次試做,用了德芙巧克力,加入麵粉後發現比第一次濃稠,後面才想到忘了這次是用有堅果的巧克力,所以比例上才會跟上次伴出來的不一樣,德芙就有比較甜,口味上大家可以斟酌,選用自己喜歡的味道的巧克力來做,這次比較濃稠,也有用袋子擠花,所以這次餅乾就做的比較厚了,一樣好吃😋

家裡終於有烤箱,第一次烤有點倉促,所以還沒買擠花袋,先用成平狀,用了三種巧克力,怕太甜用了98%的黑巧克力,一點草莓香,吃起來有一點酸苦,不會太甜,烤完變成黑巧本身的酸苦味,不過評價還不錯👍
