Thank you. No I haven't, but I'm sure you could use a little spray oil to fry each side as my recipe suggests then simply finish them off in the oven for a few minutes. They cook so quickly in the pan though I'm not sure it would be needed.☺️

thank you for the answer! I try to avoid frying, even with little oil, just because the oven is so quicker. You can do bigger batches and you don't have to think about them while they bake. But I will try them as you suggest 😊
