I baked it for 25 minutes. Then I flipped kunafe in a serving plate. After flipping I baked for 8 to 10 more minutes to achieve the perfect brownish crust on top.

Which kind of Vermicelli you have used, because its not look like ordinary vermicelli ?

I used normal pakistan vermicelli (national ki). However, u may get proper kunafe dough from alfateh or other stores who sell imported products.
