Take two bowls, break the eggs and separated into white and yolks.

In white add a little salt and whisk well with a fork, add a little salt and a spoonful water to the yolk and whisk well.

Now heat a non- stick pan with a little bit of oil using a paper towel, pour the whisked yolk and spread into an evenly thin layer all over the pan. Cooking the yolks gently on lowest heat.

When the egg yolks is set, then cut into strips, and take out the alternate strips.

Now on high heat pour whisked egg white over the yolk strips and cover with a lid and cook on a smallest heat just until the egg is set.

Now place the grated cheese, chili flakes, black pepper powder and mixed herbs on one end of the omelette, cover it with a lid till cheese are melted, turn off the flame and roll in carefully.

Now ready stuffed striped cheese omelette serve hot with sauce.
