Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 2 tbspGinger garlic and chilli paste
  4. 1/2 teaspoonjeera/ cumin seeds
  5. 1/4 teaspoonajwain/ Carom seeds
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tablespoonGreen coriander leaves
  8. as neededOil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Soak moong dal for 2 hr.

    Now take griend dal. And other ingredients except oil. Mix it well with light hand.

    Now spread oil in a nonstick pan.

    Put little moong dal batter in it and spread it.

  5. 5

    Bake the cheela till it becomes golden on both sides.

  6. 6

    Serve Moong dal cheela with green coriander chutney, sweet chutney, tomato sauce or your favorite chutney.
