Looks lovely. I order all the spices from Amazon , Galangal, parm sugar and other herbs and spices you can order them off Amazon and make your paste. I have a friend in india he sent me a lot of spices to make Indian curries passed them on to a family friend who went there. So many different curries in different cultures, each add their own twist like we do with our food. I made a green thai curry once but it was too bitter never made that one again. I do love lots of spicy foods though.
