Will need 2 medium sized saucepan's too cook a minimum of 600g of raw rinsed white rice - 300g in 1 saucepan and 300g in another saucepan.Is a good Recipe for serving 4 people - a man and woman wife with 2 teenagers.

The 4 main ingredients too remember are Ground Coriander , Ground Cumin , deseeded Chillies that can give warmth - and fresh Coriander Leaves . The other ingredients are obvious : Lemon Grass , Limes , Thai Fish Sauce - and Coconut Milk

For a First attempt I produced a thick Green Thai Curry , can thicken a liquid Curry Sauce with Cornflour and a bit of cold water in a separate utensil and then poured in the Curry too thicken it , but in Thailand the Curry is usually served in soup form and can be served with cooked Rice for a main meal
