Hitomi I want to try the soup but I could only find white miso in our local shops, do you think I could use that instead?

White miso is sweeter than red miso. So probably it would be a bit different taste.

But Try with white miso :) and put a bit soy sauce:)

Ahaha normally a bowl for miso soup is served small bowl. But you can serve it in big bowl :)
