I fell in love with a certain brand's steam buns and wanted to eat lots.

Since they are meant for children, the flavor is rather weak. If you prefer a stronger taste, add more matcha. Recipe by Yasucchi

Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsRice flour
  2. 50 gramsSugar
  3. 1 tspBaking powder
  4. 1 tspMatcha
  5. 1Egg
  6. 80 mlMilk
  7. 1 tbspVegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the rice flour, baking powder, and matcha.

    In a bowl, whisk together the egg and sugar. Add the milk and vegetable oil and keep mixing.

    Sift the dry ingredients from Step 1 and add it into Step 2 mixture.

    Pour the batter into the muffin cups and steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes.
