They were not like any pancake I every made before. They reminded my of toutons (Newfoundland pan fried bread dough) because of how they looked. They were definitely the the cakeist pancakes I ever had.

Very dry, definitely needed a fat and a dash of salt. I personally would substitute milk for buttermilk

I just tried making them and they're very very yummy! They're all nice and fluffy, I just had to make sure to use the proper measurements and follow the instructions (I kept looking at my screen every 5 minutes to make sure I didn't mess up) overall 10/10!! I'm totally making this again tomorrow! o((>ω< ))o

The ingredients make no sense. How can you make 10 pancakes with 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp of flour.

I doubled the recipe and added milk to thin this out and got 8 pancakes. This recipe was honestly so bland. I think some salt and vanilla would at least help a bit.

^ you must have done something wrong! I made these tonight for myself, my wife and my 2 young kids and we all loved how rich and thick and fluffy these were! I had to 6x the recipe, but using a small kitchen scale made it a breeze
