  • Ripe pineapple peels
  • Sugar (optional) or honey
  • Water

    Prepare your pineapple and set the peels aside

    Place the pineapple peels in a sufuria and add in water until it covers the peels add in sugar as a sweetener

    Bring the mixture to a boil

    Once boiled set it aside and let it cool for 30mins to one hour before serving
