A modification of.

If you cut the bacon into small pieces, it's a hassle to flip over to cook the other side, so I cut it after cooking.
If you have frozen tempura crumbs and scallions like in, this dish will be done in a jiffy!

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 sliceBacon
  2. 5cm Daikon radish
  3. 1tablespoon~ Green scallions
  4. 1tablespoon~ Tempura crumbs
  5. 1 pinchUmami seasoning
  6. 1Soy sauce
  7. 1bowl worth Cooked white rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grate the daikon. Cook the bacon until crispy, and cut to easy-to-eat pieces (or cut the bacon before cooking).

    Prepare the chopped green scallions and tempura crumbs. Reference:

    Serve rice into a bowl and top with the bacon in Step 1 and the chopped green scallion from Step 2. Sprinkle with umami seasoning and soy sauce, and it's finished.
