Easy & Quick Bacon and Grated Daikon Radish Rice Bowl

A modification of.
If you cut the bacon into small pieces, it's a hassle to flip over to cook the other side, so I cut it after cooking.
If you have frozen tempura crumbs and scallions like in, this dish will be done in a jiffy!
I always have a batch of these frozen mix prepared. Recipe by yakopuyo

Refreshing Pork Don Rice Bowl with Ponzu Sauce and Grated Daikon Radish Refreshing Pork Don Rice Bowl with Ponzu Sauce and Grated Daikon Radish
The usual sweet-salty sauce is great but sometimes you want to eat something refreshing with vinegar.I had a delicius pork donburi once with ponzu sauce once, so I tried making it myself. It's so light that you end up eating quite a lot of rice with it.Shred the cabbage finely. I save time by using grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce. For 2 servings. Recipe by mikun cookpad.japan -

Our Family's Creamy Daikon Radish Rice Bowl Our Family's Creamy Daikon Radish Rice Bowl
We always had some of the cooking sauce left over whenever my mother made her simmered daikon radish dish, but we then discovered that spooning the sauce over rice was extra delicious. The amount the sauce reduces depending on how strong the heat is, so please adjust the seasoning if needed.I use rice in here rather than rinsing water from rice (which is normally used for simmering daikon radish), so please mix well several times as you would with rice porridge to prevent it from burning. The softer and creamier it is the better, so simmer it twice so that it's as soft as possible. For 4 servings. Recipe by yakopuyo cookpad.japan -

Easy Pork Rice Bowl Easy Pork Rice Bowl
Pork is cheap and easy to cook with. This is my family's favorite dish. You can use any cuts of pork. I tend to use pork trimmings. Frying the onion gently will make a difference and add sweetness and richness to the dish. Prep the egg in any way you like.I used to use just soft poached egg, but raw egg was not bad either. Easy Egg Rice Bowl Easy Egg Rice Bowl
I was wondering how I could make easy rice bowls with the leftover ingredients at home. Adding tempura crumbs is my twist.I made dashi stock this time with dried bonito and konbu, but if you are busy just replace with dashi powder.Depending on the quantity of rice, there might be too much sauce. Adjust the quantity of sauce accordingly.Cook the eggs to your preference. Use tempura crumbs if you have any. Recipe by Keit3 cookpad.japan
