Aquafaba is the water or stock of chickpeas . When we boil chickpeas with water ,the leftover water/stock is called aqua faba. What you have to do is that collect the stock of chickpeas, store it in refrigerator for 2-3 days (covered). Then you can see the stock becomes little slippery/slimy in consistency. Take out from refrigerator, and whip as I shown in the recipe to get the whipped and fluffy aquafaba. They will look exactly like merengue or whipped cream.
